PQ Solutions Changes Its Legal Form

We would like to inform you that, as part of a change in legal form, the former PQ Solutions LLC is now operating as PQ Solutions AG.  

What has changed? 

The only change is our company’s legal form. The former PQ Solutions GmbH has been converted into PQ Solutions AG. 

Our address, contact information, points of contact, and services remain unchanged. You can continue to reach us at Konradstrasse 12, 8005 Zurich, via the email addresses you already know in the format firstname.lastname@pqs.ch, and through our website pqs.ch. 

What does this mean for you? 

Generally speaking, no action is required on your part. The change to PQ Solutions AG has no impact on existing contractual agreements, ongoing projects, or our operational cooperation. If action is required in connection with our contractually agreed-upon services, we will contact you directly. 

We kindly ask that you update your company records and systems to reflect the new legal form as needed.

Submission of Forms 1042-S through IDES for Foreign Filers
